Symetra Tour Rookie of the Year 2018
In her first year as professional golfer, Morgane Métraux focused on the US Symetrag Tour. She succeeded in becoming the tour's rookie of the year. Mission of the Symetra Tour is to prepare the world's best young professional ladies golfers for a successful carreer on the LPGA Tour.
Morgane participated in 13 events, made 11 (!) cuts and 2 top-ten results. She ranked 47th in the Symetra OOM.
Morgane and her sister KIm (also professional golfer and Swiss PGA member since 2018) took 2nd place for the Swiss Team at the 2016 World Championship as well as silver and bronze at the European Championships.
Caroline Rominger finnished 2nd wihtin the Swiss PGA Ladies Order of Merit 2018. Caroline represented the Swiss PGA successfully on the LETAS 2018 with 2 top ten results, finnished 4th at the Swiss PGA Matchplay Championship and won the Championnat de Suisse Romande, category Ladies Professionals.
