ProAm at GC Leuk

For the 16th time in a row, the ProAm organized jointly by Birdie Management GmbH and the Swiss PGA took place on Sunday May 20th at Golfclub Leuk.
26 professional golfers and 88 amateur players enjoyed an unforgettable day of golf in good weather conditions and the traditional great hospitality.
Inaugurated in 2002, the classic links golf course in Leuk offers guests similar challenges to the famous Scottish golf courses: heavily undulating greens, well-kept bunkers and hard terrain. In addition, there is an ever prevailing wind, which greatly influences the playing conditions due to the open location of the course.
Dinner and prize giving took place for the last time in the old club locations. In spring 2020, the new clubhouse will be opened.
The ProAm was dominated by the team of Swiss PGA Pro Corsin Caviezel. He underscored his good performance with a hole-in-one on the 14th hole! The winning team (brutto) with a total of 162 brutto points: Corsin Caviezel, Patrick Chanton, Bruno Imboden and Dario Roten.
