The Swiss Professional Golfers Association (Swiss PGA) is the professional body for golf professionals in Switzerland with more than 380 members and is looking for its

General Manager (m/:/f)

by January 1st, 2023 who is highly motivated in further development, organization and management of the association in close collaboration with the Swiss PGA board.

Job Profile:

• Running the Office of the Swiss PGA (Member Services, IT, Accounting)
• General Support for the Swiss PGA Board
• Coordinating Marketing and Communication activities incl. Website and Social Media
• Coordinating Relationship Management with Partner Organizations
• Event Organization (Swiss PGA Tournaments, Education/Further Education Days, General Assembly)
• Acquisition of new Partner/Sponsors incl. relationship management
• Project Management

Requirements:

• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Sound knowledge of Swiss Golf Scene and open-minded personality
• Management experience in a similar function, preferably in the sports sector
• Several years of experience in leadership and/or association activities
• Team player and passion for future projects
• Language skills: English fluent in spoken and written form, German and/or French
• Flexibility in terms of working hours (week-ends) and travel activities
