The Swiss PGA announces that at the Annual General Assembly Gavin Healey was elected by the members present as the new Swiss PGA President. Gavin succeeds Keith Marriott who has held the position as President for the past 6 years and during the difficult pandemic period. Gavin is looking forward to the new challenge ahead and working with the existing Board.

After the General Assembly, the newly elected President said: "Our mission is to promote and enhance the sport of golf by providing opportunities for professional golfers to compete and inspire a love of the game. We strive to uphold the highest standards of sportsmanship and integrity, while fostering an inclusive and diverse community that celebrates the unique talents and contributions of all golfers. Through our events, partnerships, and education, we aim to grow the sport and create positive impact in clubs.”

Gianluca Patuzzo, Captain of the Swiss PGA for the past 6 years, was re-elected at the AGM for a further 3-year term.

Jonathan Wallet decided to resign as the person responsible for Swiss PGA further education and therefore did not stand for re-election.
