Covid-19 Crisis hits Swiss PGA Members

Springtime and Easter are usually boom times for golf courses and golf instructors in Switzerland. But with the country in shutdown, the outlook is bleak, as Ian Gibbons, President of the Association of Swiss Golf Managers and Swiss PGA member explains in an interview with CNN Money Switzerland.

Based on the federal measures to combat the Covit-19 crisis, all golf courses in Switzerland had to be closed. Golf lessons on the driving ranges and golf courses are therefore no longer possible. This emergency "lockdown" ordered by law will continue at least until 26 April 2020.
