Requirements
Anyone wishing to begin the Swiss PGA education program must meet the following requirements before starting the course:
The education program has a modular structure and is divided into Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3. It is possible to complete the modules on a part-time basis while working.
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Handicap maximum: 6.0 for men and women
- Participation in the Swiss PGA Evaluation Day
- Knowledge of English: 1st Certificate level
- Swiss or Lichtenstein citizenship or residence permit B/C
- Completed vocational training or secondary school education
- Successfully completed J+S leader course (5-day basic course)
Apprentices who wish to complete their training in three years must also present a training contract with a recognised golf club.
Training fee: CHF 12,000 (for 3 years), each additional year CHF 1,500
Membership fee: CHF 330 in the first year, CHF 440 in the second and third year.
