Healey re-elected; Gilardi joins the board

28. April 2026

On Monday 27 April 2026, the Swiss PGA held its annual general meeting at Wylihof Golf Club, attended by numerous members and representatives of the Swiss golfing community.

President Gavin Healey looked back on a successful year, marked by structural improvements, a stronger digital presence and the new training structure, which will be implemented from 2026. The Swiss PGA’s international network was also further expanded.

A highlight of the meeting was the election of the Executive Committee. Gavin Healey stood for re-election and was confirmed in office by the members. Yannik Odiet and Gianluca Patuzzo were also re-elected to the Executive Committee. Mauro Gilardi was newly elected to the Executive Committee and will represent the Players’ Commission in future.

Another key item on the agenda was the presentation of diplomas to the graduates of the Swiss PGA Education Programme, as well as officially welcoming numerous new members – a clear sign of the association’s positive development.

The Swiss PGA’s 2026 General Assembly was characterised by continuity, further development and a clear strategic direction. With a confirmed leadership team, fresh impetus on the Executive Committee and a strong focus on training and professional development, the professional association considers itself well-equipped for the future.
