Swiss PGA Tour Players
02.07.2018
Professional golf in Switzerland is making significant progress! The focused and structured promotion of golf sports by ASG and Swiss PGA show promising results. A clear widening of the top is recognizable in both the men and the ladies categories.
A brief look at the half-year Order of Merit 2018 confirms that the Swiss Professional Golf Sport is constantly improving.
The most noticeable progress has been made in professional ladies golf. In total, 9 Swiss PGA proettes regularly play for the top places on Let Access. The transfer of the two Métraux sisters to the professional camp at the end of May has significantly increased competition among the best Swiss PGA proettes. Kim Métraux's top two scores on their first two LET Access events are encouraging and are hoping for a speedy rise to the European ladies tour.

But progress is also noticeable on the men's side. In addition to Joel Girrbach and Benni Rusch, Marco Iten is also increasingly convincing with top results on the Challenge Tour.
Constant pressure from Luca Galliano, Raphael de Sousa and Mathias Eggenberger keeps our Challenge Tour players focused on working on their ambitious goals.

The seniors are dominated by André Bossert and Paul Wesselingh in the usual way. Both class regularly in the top ranks of the Staysure Tour.
