The Coach the Coaches – Further Education Day is dedicated to strengthening collaboration between the Swiss PGA Education Commission and Head Professionals. The programme includes a presentation of the Swiss PGA training structure with its goals and vision, followed by in-depth discussions on how Head Pros can best support apprentices through effective feedback, clearly defined tasks and expectations, and structured apprentice visits. Further sessions focus on the content of the Swiss PGA training modules and on fostering closer cooperation between the Education Commission and Head Pros to ensure the best possible training environment for apprentices. The day concludes with an open question-and-answer session. Participation is free of charge, with lunch provided by the Swiss PGA, while any additional expenses are borne by the participants.
