The admission process for the Swiss PGA Golf Instructor Course is designed to assess the technical, cognitive, communication and social skills of applicants. The aim is to ensure that candidates have the necessary skills to succeed as golf professionals and that they meet the objectives and standards set by the Swiss PGA.

These assessments are carried out by the Lead Education Instructor and a human resources specialist.
